This was the first big panel that I fired in the new kiln and as you can see disaster stuck. The initial heating seems to be too quick, I reduced the rate for a second firing and it worked.

 

I will now try and rescue the piece by tack fusing figures based on the original design on top of the glass. I have not decided which glass to use for the paper cutouts in the picture.
